We highly value the wise leadership’s support and encouragement for the women personnel in police and security forces, which has yielded remarkable achievements in propelling the United Arab Emirates to a position of leadership and maintaining its international excellence by hosting global conferences. One of the most notable events is the International Association of Women Police (IAWP) Conference, set to be held from November 3 to 6, 2025, at ADNEC in Abu Dhabi. This conference underscores the pioneering role of our women personnel in organizing specialized international conferences in the fields of police and security. It further enhances expertise and fosters international cooperation, driving forward the UAE’s proud achievements.
The Honorable Major General Pilot Faris Khalaf Al Mazrouei, Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police
The International Association of Women Police (IAWP) is a vibrant, dynamic and diverse organization with a global reach. Our members, who represent more than 70 countries and 30 affiliate organizations, form a strategic network of global resources working together in our mission to strengthen, unite and raise the capacity of women in policing internationally. Our association provides critical opportunities for training, mentoring, collaboration and networking. Enormous advantages can be gained by learning from our women police colleagues and there is great power in many people working together in unison for a common cause.
